Jim Hancock PA-C, M.P.H.

Jim has been a practicing physician assistant for the past 20 years. He became a partner in an Internal Medicine practice in 2002. He is presently the COO of Practical Management Inc. For almost his entire career Jim has precepted PA students and been closely involved in their journey.  He has worked with over 40 schools for PANCE preparation as well as academic and clinical preparation of their students. In the past 20 years it has been Jim's pleasure to have hired multiple Physician Assistants into his practices and to have counseled hundreds of physician assistants as they have entered the work force.  

Dr. Abdul S. Memon PA-C, MPAS, DMSc, CAQ-EM 

Dr. Memon is an active Physician Assistant with more than 10 years of clinical practice and is currently practicing critical care and emergency medicine for the past 8 years.  Dr. Memon currently holds a CAQ in emergency medicine. He pursued a doctorate in medical science focused on healthcare administration and leadership from the University of Lynchburg in 2019. He is the director of advanced practice providers (APPs) for emergent and urgent care physicians of south Florida. As director of APPs, he is in charge of recruiting, hiring and training new APPs for two emergency departments and eight urgent care facilities. 

Rick Yarosh PA-C, MPAS, M.B.A

Rick is a serial entrepreneur with over 20 years of clinical, start-ups and business development experience. He graduated PA School in 1997 in addition to earning his Executive MBA from University of Miami in 2005. He currently serves as Founder and President of HealthGigJobs technology platform. Rick has extensive experience in hiring direct full-time, per-diem employees and independent contractors for 2 multi-specialty businesses he has previously founded which grew to multi-million dollars in service revenue.
